With 29 years experience, Don provides psychotherapy and counseling services for individuals, couples and families. While his experience covers a wide range of issues and emotional difficulties he specializes in the treament of: Chemical dependency, Co-dependency, Trauma Resolution, Eating Disorders, Anxiety and Depression, Family and Relationship Difficulties. A number of treatment modalities may be employed, including family of origin work, working with the "inner child", and equine assisted therapies.
Meditation and Inner Healing Workshops with FENELLA GABRIEL
Course participants and I myself, love coming to the Renewal Centre for workshops. Because we are doing inner work, the beauty and peace of Sally Miller’s venue provide just the right ambience. I hold my workshops every four months or so with a slightly different focus each time. My last few workshops have included work with chakras and inner energy, identifying and clearing difficulties in our lives, envisioning and creating how we want to live, and use of the voice and body movements to harmonise and take ourselves deeper. All the work is underpinned with meditation and the understanding that all the answers lie within. If you are asking questions about your life and feel you want to approach it with a more spiritual understanding, this is for you. You will find a warm welcome.

JANINE LEAR – REIKI MASTER TEACHER
Having reached the lowest point of my life some 15 years ago, I embarked on a spiritual journey that led me to firstly becoming a Yoga teacher for 10 years, and then a Teacher of Reiki. Yoga was the first major step in my transformation with Reiki following quite unexpectedly and helping me to transform my life even further, to a level I hardly believed possible.
Reiki has had an incredible impact on my life and on the lives of many of my clients and students. It has become an integral part of my daily life and is the most powerful healing tool I have ever come across. It is one of the few therapies that we can learn to do on ourselves. Anyone can learn Reiki, the only requirement is your ‘want’ to do it.
